We focus on flexible runs for clients who want professional production without large-scale commitments.

Our process includes four steps:
Consultation & Planning – We discuss your goals, recipe, and production details.
Development & Testing – We refine your recipe for taste, safety, and scalability.
Design & Packaging – We assist with label design, nutrition panels, and compliance.
Production & Bottling – We manufacture your product at our Albany facility with a 1–2 week turnaround.
What is the minimum batch size?
The minimum production run for bottled product is 80 gallons and 300 pounds for dry goods.
Do you help with recipe development or scaling?
Yes! We help turn your kitchen recipe into a commercially scalable formula. Our team assists with scheduled process documentation, ingredient sourcing, and product stability testing to ensure your product meets both taste and safety standards.
Can Vital Eats design my label and packaging?
Absolutely. We offer label design and packaging consulting, including ingredient lists, nutrition facts panels, and FDA/NYS compliance. We can also connect you with trusted packaging suppliers for bottles, jars, and pouches.
How long does production take once approved?
Typical turnaround time is 4 - 6 weeks, depending on order size and material availability. We focus on small-batch quality and consistency, ensuring your products are made with care and precision.
Can you create custom products for events, fundraisers and promotions?
Yes! We can produce custom-labeled sauces, dressings, or spice blends with your organization’s branding — perfect for weddings, corporate gifts, or fundraising campaigns. Minimum custom runs start around $3,000.
